This double dry hopped double IPA with Idaho 7, Riwaka, Mosaic, and Sultana hops celebrates 11 years of 56 brewing. Big 11 features a tropical aroma of pineapple, tangerine, and orange zest. It’s a smooth rich full bodied beer that pours a hazy golden orange color. Expect flavors of sweet ripe fruits, pineapple, grapefruit, and orange zest before fading to a strong floral almost dank finish.
