Russian Imperial Stout that’s been aged in a Buffalo Trace bourbon whiskey barrel for 9 months.
• This has a rich golden amber color. The aroma is malty with a subtle hop presence. Flavor is rich with notes of caramel and a sweet malt backbone that finishes with a clean and crisp bitterness. It is brewed with an array of German malts, Hallertau hops and southern German lager yeast.

Our easy drinking Polonaise pale ale that has been wet hopped with 3 lbs / barrel of FRESH Centennial hops. It starts off with a caramel sweetness and finishes with tones of grapefruit that lingers with every sip.
A New England Style IPA brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, Chinook, Citra and Simcoe Hops, which are all added in the whirlpool and fermenter. This produces an intense citrus aroma, like walking through a tangerine grove. The body of the beer is smooth and sweet. It finishes with a pleasant citrus bitterness.
The Czech Pilsner meets Northeast Minneapolis; A malt forward Pilsner that is brewed with Saaz hops and traditional yeast to give you a refreshing and highly drinkable beer. At 35 IBUs there is plenty of hop character from the Saaz, it finishes with a hop aroma.
• This is a floral and tropical IPA blended with Columbia and Ethiopia origin coffee from our friends at Big Watt to create a unique Cold Press IPA. It pours and looks like an IPA, the aroma has a hint of well roasted coffee and tropical hops with an effective balance between the two flavors. Our California Street IPA meets cold press coffee.

Our California Street IPA is a multi-hop tropical IPA brewed with El Dorado, Simcoe and Cascade The blend of these hops produce the aroma of tropical fruit and the flavors of pears and stone fruit. The late addition of a bittering hop provides a backbone balance to the flavor. It has a light golden color. Are the El Dorado hops sought after and hard to find? Yes they are. Just like 56 Brewing. This is a crisp and clean great IPA that we can drink this all year long. Here’s one for the IPA fanatics out there, 56 Style.
A rich and complex stout composed of smooth, sweet and dark tones without being overpowering. It has forefront aromas of chocolate, roasted dark malts. A slight scent of hop bitterness and coconut with resounding velvet, smooth and roasted flavor gives this an opulent finish on the palate. It is brewed with a blend of 6 different malt, flaked oats, milk sugar, toasted raw unsweetened coconut and cocoa nibs. The fermenter is loaded with additional coconut to balance the flavor profile. Drink this with lower carbonation to enjoy the full bodied flavor.
This is a pale, lighter bodied ale that is smooth, clean and refreshing. Additions of honey give this a sweeter character as it is fermented clean. It is brewed with 3 different malts and copious amounts of honey added at the end of the batch. Enjoy this year round. Nectar is a sugar-rich liquid produced in plants called nectaries, either within the flowers with which it attracts pollinating animals, or by extrafloral nectaries, which provide a nutrient source. Common nectar-consuming pollinators include bees and butterflies, but also moths, hummingbirds, and bats. Minneapolis is thriving with native deciduous plants that are ripe with nectar. Local honey sources are used as ingredients into this craft beer.
