We took our Thunder Snow Imperial Stout and infused it with cacao nibs, vanilla, oak spirals, and just a hint of coffee. This one is only available in the Taproom and won’t last long.

Ever heard of the meteorological phenomenon Thunder Snow?? Well now it exists in delicious imperial stout form! Starting a little bitter from the hops and dark malts it evolves into a deliciously sweet and full bodied beer with flavors of both sweet and dark chocolate, a rich -almost burnt- caramel, big roast, and a hint of cherry.

We Brewed an imperial stout for the long MN winter. Well, we’d better get going. Did we tell you we put vanilla in it? Oh yeah, like we said, we better go. But by the way…
